Welcome to our new blog!!!!
Hi there.
Can´t believe some absolute jerkface thought it would be fun to destroy our website probably around about the time we got back to our hotel after a fabulous performance in a little ampitheatre in Seeheim last night. Thw crowd was fantastic, night wonder. So what happened to us last night was just revolting. Here is the impact - 10 members of our Tribe have at least 10 members of each of their tribes logging on daily to see where we are, what we are doing and who we are doing it with as we are a long way from home.
Well, thanks to our gorgeous talented friend Norbert, we have some communications happening. So, stay tuned. I will sort through this. An excellent pre-emptive strike, Norbert!!!!!
I will be posting up some photos when we hit Switzerland - so to the absolute pig who mucked up our site, get stuffed!!! We are too strong for you!

Kia ora from Coburg (4 Aug)
HI from Germany! Had a little glitch with our website so sorry about that, but `good to go` now!!! We have just done our 6th concert on a 24 gig tour.
We are in the delightful town of Coburg in Germany just about to leave it, actually. It is stunning. A heritage city that is 950 years old and home to Prince Albert, the consort of Queen Victoria. The streets are cobbled, they are narrow and the buildings are quite beautiful. There are over 40 castles surrounding this little town.
We have been spoilt rotten by our host Wolfgang and by Thomas, director for Coburg Tourism who took us out on a host of activities yesterdaay, including flying over the city, a huge banquet which featured pig knuckles and a guided tour of the former palace. Horomona went up on a small plane and flew over the town but we wahine declined thinking that our stomachs wouldnt cope with it.
Wolfgang kindly put us up for 3 nights in this lovely town even though we only performed for one. The castle was just gorgeous and home to Count Henrich whose family purchased it as a monastory back in 1810. It has been his home since then, and next to it is a wildlife park full of eagles, hawkes, falcons and vultures. These birds form part of a show which is quite lovely, watching these huge birds fly.
The stage was set up in the grounds and the people sat on seats or on little tables laden with candles. There were fire burners on the grounds so it was a very romantic atmosphere. Our dressingroom was a dungeon refitted out with chaise lounger, candlebra, flowers and lots of food.
Avon is being a wonderful bassman, complimenting Cadzs beautiful playing very well. Aon and Cadz work with the local production teams to make it all happen and they do a great job. Our two new haka guys Te Hira Paenga and Aaron Hapuku are nicknamed the Twins and they are hugely creative, very talented, lots of initiative, costume changes - the works.
Horomona struts his stuff like Naomi Campbell to showoff the teeshirts we have for sale - hey, it works too! He is lots of fun, and great onstage. Amiria has had bronchitis while she has been here so thats not much fun. She refuses to step down off the stage, though! Trina is singing very well, and has a new party trick - the ukelele. Betty and Ryan Monga gave her a few tips on how to play it so she plays a bit of a party song onstage.
There was a great crowd there at Tambach Castle, nearly 300, an excellent vibe. Not one New Zealander, either.
